How to choose hair feather extensions?

Hair extensions are probably the hottest new look and a great way for your local salon to bring you more money with each visit. See strawberry blonde hair

Extensions alone cost only about $ 5 to $ 10. In addition, you can easily buy a cheap feather hair extension kit from an online store like Amazon (often for only $ 2). Feather extension kits make it much easier to install feathers and usually have enough stock to add 10 or more feathers.

Adding hair extensions at home is actually very easy, especially if you follow the instructions.

However, their prettier is a little more challenging. Too many people just stick a feather on their head (or worse, pay someone to attach feathers to their hair), which remains like some fluff sticking out from the side of their head.

Instead of a trendy look, they have something attached to their hair.

You don't want that look. You want to look elegant. So, here are some tips that will help you fully with feather hair:

1. Choose the right pen to work with

Varied feathers are available in the market. They are gray, natural, dead, smooth and long, short and fluffy.

And sometimes you can even combine more feathers to create a more complex extension. (Look at Steven Tyler's extensions near his ears. These are a combination of feathers.)

You will want to match the colors first. There’s nothing wrong with adding a light blue feather to your blonde look. Depending on your skin tone, you may find that a red feather best accentuates your look. How do you know? Choose feathers that will go great with most of your clothes.

Subconsciously, you are already choosing clothes that fit you well. Matching feathers with clothing is a safe bet for beautiful colors.

Second, you need to choose your feather type carefully. The short fluffy feathers look great under the head and add some fullness to the hair around the ears. Try sticking it to the top of your head and well-meaning friends will continue to try to help you remove that hair from your hair.

Long, smooth feathers are best mixed into hair. If you place them too low on your head, they will fall on your neck and look pretty weird. Instead, place these long ones near your scalp in areas where they can frame your face and add some color to your locks.

2. Insert the feather extensions correctly

Make them look normal. If we really grew hair, we would talk completely differently. However, do not stick them to your hair.

Instead, add them as you would add them to other hair extensions. Find an area on your head where they will highlight your face and hang your hair normally in that area. Then spread 1/2 inch of hair over this area. Attach this part of the hair back when installing the extension. When your extension is in a new home, you can let the cut part fall back onto the pen.

Of course, it hides the feather a bit, which also makes it look much more normal.

And as with any style, make it yours and wear it with pride.
